This weekly Friday evening Slower Flow vinyasa style class is geared
towards supporting you in building strength, stability and mobility
with mindfulness. We are now offering this as an online live streaming
class to support our physical and mental health during this
challenging time of transition. Please tune in, re calibrate, refresh
and refuel yourself with your yoga practice.
Slower Flow Description
This class will link breath and movement and you will move a bit more
slowly than a traditional vinyasa-type yoga class. Appropriate for new
and experienced students. All poses are an option, so meeting at a
posture is always welcome. During a class you will most likely sit on
the floor (on a mat) and have ability to move to hands and knees, and
up to stand.
Set out your yoga mat, 2 blocks, a blanket and your yoga strap & don't
forget your water.
Wear comfortable clothing for movement.
