First-Time Homebuyer Workshop-English

ACDC's Home Buying Program assists individuals who are seeking, financing, maintaining, renting, or owning a home.Complete our 2-day HUD-certified first-time home buyer workshop and receive a certificate to become eligible for discounted mortgage products. ACDC is a certified member of the MA Home Ownership Collaborative, HUD Local Housing Counseling Agencies, and NCAPACD's Housing Counseling Network; and adheres to the National Industry Home Ownership Education Standards. Workshop fees are non-refundable. Location: 38 Oak St. Boston, MA 02111 Please note: you must attend both Saturday and Sunday sessions in order to receive your certificate. Schedule: Saturday - 9:00am to 3:00pm Sunday - 9:00am to 12:00pm FAQS WHAT ARE MY TRANSPORT/PARKING OPTIONS GETTING TO THE EVENT? We are located nearby the Tufts Medical Center T station on the Orange Line. Street metered parking is available. Our office building, the Metropolitan, has underground weekend valet parking for $12 per day. IS MY REGISTRATION TRANSFERRABLE? Please bring an ID. The name on your first-time homebuyer certificate will be the same name as your ID. You must attend the full class on Saturday and Sunday in order to receive your certificate. ARE THERE LUNCH OPTIONS? We will have a 1 hour lunch break. There are many local Chinatown restaurants. Please be back within 1 hour.
