Painting workshop with French professor & artist Marie Ganne - Boston, MA 2026

Description Art lovers join French professor and artist Marie Ganne for an acrylic painting night.During this workshop, students will experience the exhilarating creative process of studying the lines of the land. You will learn how to decipher the landscape through its linear language, and transfer this idea onto paper. From there, students will learn to rotate their work, reacting to the new lines created and carving out small abstract paintings. The class will also focus on creating lush abstractions, layering colors, and playing with different mediums. This class is open to all levels and students are encouraged to bring any drawing mediums they have at home. In-person event in French including a glass of wine.
