PROTOCOLS. We will be doing silent MEDITATIONS AND PRAYERS AFTER OUR
GROUP DISCUSSIONS. Please join us in bringing light to darkness.The
format of this class is one half open discussion on a wide variety of
topics, followed by various meditation practices. Bring a seat cushion
if you prefer.
