"UNDER OUR SKINS" is a mixed-media type performance, in which speakers
tell oral histories of their personal experiences with PREJUDICE AND
STEREOTYPES, while a MUSIC ENSEMBLE PROVIDES A LIVE UNDERSCORE.
Creators Micah Huang and Emma Gies have presented this program at
institutions in California and Massachusetts, With each event
combining the sleek aesthetics of a concert with the
community-building agenda and approachability of a workshop.
This event is made possibly by the Tufts University Department of
MUSIC. It is free and open to the public.
The performance will begin at 8:00pm and last about 60 minutes, with
no intermission. It will be followed by a reception.
