Sue Parke is bringing the BARRE TO THE BAR! Come embrace the burn and shake on Sunday morning by participating in my BARRE & BREWS EVENT! The cost is $20 and includes a one hour BARRE MAT CLASS TAUGHT BY SUE AND ENJOY A QUICK TOUR OF THE BREWERY AND A FLIGHT AFTER. All you need is a yoga mat, water and a towel.Please arrive to class a few minutes early and be sure to register in advance to the beers can flow immediately after!
