An action-packed single-day camp with other fabulous women that will
end your SUMMER WITH A BANG! Check out this stellar lineup: 1.
Pasta-making Class at Homestead. in Northampton We're getting our
hands dirty and making one of the best human creations ever, hand made
pasta! Led by Chef Jeremy Werther, the owner and head chef of
Homestead., we will work together to learn the tactile art of making
pasta in this time-honored endeavor. We are convinced this young chef
will one day earn the coveted James Beard Award, so let's glean his
talents now! 2. Family-Style Lunch at Homestead. Get ready to share a
glorious meal as you and the other campers taste some of the best food
in the area. Homestead. is a restaurant concept bringing hand made
pasta & local rustic Italian food to the Pioneer Valley. Their 'New
England Italian' cuisine is enhanced using the freshest seasonal local
ingredients possible, while cooking with simple technique to showcase
nature's bounty. Chef Jeremy prepares execptional dishes that surprise
the tastebuds with every bite. Seriously, it's that damn good. The
finisher: house made camp-themed s'mores truffles. 3. Kayaking
Adventure on Nashawannuck Pond in Easthampton Nashawannuck Pond offers
over a mile of picturesque boating, teeming with wildlife, and we are
going to soak up its beauty while getting a bit of a workout. We can
expect to see birds, possibly turtles, and even beaver, while you take
in the scenic view of Mt. Tom. All exercise levels welcome. 4. Group
Circle with Popsicles from Crooked Stick Pops We'll bring all the
elements from our awesome day together in this reflective,
soul-searching discussion overlooking the Nashawannuck Pond, and we'll
