If you work for one of our wholesale partners and are ready to push
your potential by advancing to Espresso: Tasting and Technique or
Milk: Chemistry and Latte Art, this test is for you. On this day,
students will be tested on adjusting their grind and dose to pull a
shot of espresso within the recommended parameters discussed in
Barista Fundamentals. Students will have 15 minutes for this
foundational dialing in. Once this portion has been passed, students
will have another 15 minutes to build 3 lattes back to back. Drinks
will be scored on consistency of temperature and texture.
Passing this test will result in immediate registration for one or
both of the subsequent Counter Intelligence courses.
_This testing day can also be utilized by wholeale partners interested
in fine-tuning their skills._
