SMC Honors 2020 - celebrate and honor the diverse voices in local media!

_The magnificent SMC Honors "prospy" award!_ SMC'S 2ND ANNUAL HONORS AWARDS & FUNDRAISER THURSDAY, APRIL 16 FROM 6:30 - 9:00PM AT THE ARTS AT THE ARMORY We need your help to ensure community media is here to stay in Somerville and all proceeds from this event go into an “SMC Future Home” campaign. Your support will help us achieve our goal of raising money to help with our impending future move to a new facility. We are excited to host an evening full of honor & entertainment for you! COCKTAIL RECEPTION & SILENT AUCTION: 6:30PM - 7:30PM The evening begins with a cocktail reception from 6:30pm - 7:30pm with free craft ale donated by AERONAUT Brewing Company, heavy hors d’oeuvres, a silent auction and music by DJ Blaire, a Boston based disc-jockey. Guests will be treated to an array of culinary delights prepared by Dave's Fresh Pasta and will also be entertained on the mezzanine with a retro arcade sponsored by BitBar and a fun photo booth pop-up! AWARDS PRESENTATION & PROGRAM: 7:30PM - 9:00PM _hosted by Chloé Cunha, Boston-area comedian_ Following the cocktail reception, guests will enjoy a 90-minute program featuring award presentations that celebrate and honor the diverse voices showcased on Somerville Media Center TV, Internet Radio, Podcast & Streaming Networks! Hosting the event is Boston-area comedian and former Comic-in-Residence at the Comedy Studio, Chloé Cunha, who will make sure we are all LOL’ing throughout the entire awards ceremony!
