Going In Blind: The Art of Blind Wine Tasting

It’s easy to say your glass of wine tastes like stone fruit with notes of petrol when you know you poured a Riesling into your glass, but would you be able to find those qualities if you had no idea what you were sipping on? Join us in this fascinating and challenging class, exploring the art of blind wine tasting. During this 2 hour class, you will be led through a curriculum that will explain all the components of wine and how that translates into identifying what is in your glass. After the lesson, we will put that knowledge to practice and blind taste four different wines. No walk-ins please. All participants must register. Participants must be 21+.
