NM Cares Annual 5k Run-Walk 2025 | Sun 27 Apr | Book @ Findarace

Please join us on Sunday April 27, 2025 to support NM Cares. We are having our annual 5K Walk Run at DCR Pearl Hill State Park to raise funds to keep supporting the NM Cares Drop-In Center located in Townsend. We opened our doors in January 2021 and continue to help local members of our community with regards to Domestic Violence, Drug Addiction, Addiction Recovery and hosting weekly Narcotics Anonymous Meetings. We at NM Cares continue to change and adapt to the needs of the community. We partner with local organizations to provide the much needed services. We look forward to seeing you on April 27! A couple of notes. While we love pets for safety reasons we ask that you do not bring your pet to the race as we will have many children present and sometimes pets and loud playful children can cause pets to become anxious. You must register by 4/5/25 to be eligble for a shirt. Also, we will have a food truck available on race day THE TWISTED PICKLE. You are also welcome to bring their own food as well, even have a picnic as many picnic tables are available. Lauren Geanacopulos, Race Director
