Being a member of a BOARD OF DIRECTORS CARRIES RESPONSIBILITY TO
GUIDING ORGANIZATIONS AND ITS LEADERSHIP TO THE GREATEST SUCCESS
POSSIBLE. It requires a variety of skills and additional commitment
above and beyond the already daily responsibility of individuals.
However, what responsibilities come with being a member of a BOARD,

The Non-Profit BOARD LEADERSHIP PROGRAM IS GEARED TOWARDS PROVIDING
INDIVIDUALS WITH THE KNOWLEDGE TO SERVE ON NON-profit BOARDS OF
DIRECTORS. The PROGRAM FOCUSES ON BOARD MEMBER ROLES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES. The PROGRAM UTILIZES BOARD SCENARIOS WITH THE
CLASS AS THE ‘sitting BOARD’ as they work to address the scenario
with regard to the 10 Basic Responsibilities of Non-Profit BOARDS.
