Join us on a weekly basis for YOGA at Kadanse!All are welcome. No
prior experience required. Taught by a certified, experienced and
fantastic yoga instructor!
About this class:
Yoga uses the breath as a focal point as we move through sequences of
linked yoga asanas. This class includes sun salutations, pranayama
(breathing exercises), and relaxation. Yoga is great for people of all
ages and abilities, including athletes, seniors, youth, people
recovering from injuries/illness and pre/post natal.
Each class is $10 on a drop-in basis. Class will be taught in person
although there is a zoom option! Message the studio for details.
