Come meet our newest educator - our “living” building! The
Hitchcock Center is a one-of-a-kind new destination for environmental
learning, one that is designed to meet the Living Building Challenge,
demonstrating ecological principles and sustainable practices. Our
Center is informed by our bioregion, generates all of our own energy,
captures and treats all of our own water, and is constructed of
locally and responsibly sourced non-toxic materials. We offer tours
