safe and supportive way to help you maintain your bone health. In this
free and informative workshop we'll explore risk factors for bone loss
as well as the most important elements to include in your exercise
program. You'll walk away empowered, confident, and knowledgeable,
knowing that you can safely train to live a full and joyful life!
Heather is a Gyrotonic teacher trainer, licensed massage therapist,
and studio owner. She loves partnering with people to make profound
changes in their lives through the transformative power of movement.
Ruth is a certified Gyrotonic instructor and avid cyclist. She is
excited about bringing the gift of the Gyrotonic Method to others –
helping them to create more space, strength and well-being in their
bodies.
