Description Grades 10th-Adult. Level 1-2. Explore mindful breathing,
stress reduction and deeper holds in poses. Restore the nervous system
and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind while
improving a sense of well-being. Must be able to get down and up from
the floor. All levels welcome. Please bring your own mat, blanket and
water bottle. Instructor: Shay Maxwell, CYI., over 20 years
