Detroit | Creator of Scale Studio Deavondre Jones is a business
strategist, educator, and creator of Scale Studio, TechTown’s
founder-focused accelerator helping service-based entrepreneurs scale
through automation, systems thinking, and tech enablement. His passion
for scalable infrastructure began with his own journey building
DanceSpire — a grassroots arts company that grew from weekly dance
classes into a multi-city program through the use of digital tools and
systems. That transformation inspired him to develop a framework other
founders could follow — turning lived experience into a replicable,
tech-powered model for growth. Now serving as
Entrepreneur-in-Residence at TechTown Detroit, Deavondre leads
programs at the intersection of community, culture, and emerging tech
— helping entrepreneurs turn effort into efficiency and vision into
infrastructure. Ready to be part of Detroit's AI transformation? Let's
build the future together! As always, food and drink, engaging
conversation, and incredible company will all be provided! Please be
advised: Unfortunately, space is very limited at these community
events and we can not always accept everyone we would like to. If you
are not accepted to this event, please keep applying! We appreciate
your application tremendously and we are looking forward to seeing you
at a future event very soon! The GenAI Collective is a global
