Mid-Year Performance Review Seminar - Only Employees of City of Detroit (Location: CAYMC)

The Office of Talent Development and Performance Management is pleased to announce the start of the City of Detroit’s Mid-Year Review process for 2019-2020. As a manager or supervisor, who supervises people, you will be asked to complete a Mid-Year Review for each of your direct reports. Attending this 1-hour seminar will offer you an opportunity to refresh your knowledge of the Mid-Year Review process. During the Mid-Year Review Seminar, you will review: •The Mid-Year Review process; •How to give and receive effective feedback; and •Tips and techniques to conduct a successful Mid-Year Review ID BADGE REQUIRED FOR ENTRY/VERIFICATION. *PARTICIPANTS CAN EARN .1 CEU PER 1-HOUR COURSE. PARTICIPANTS MUST: * Attend the entire 1-hour course. * ARRIVE ON TIME AND SIGN IN. * Participate in each activity.
