MyThy Huynh, a California transplant, is a full-time ER nurse, but
became more well-known as the food and photo talent behind her popular
@MIGHTYINTHEMITTEN INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT. She broke out onto the food
scene showcasing her Hokkaido milk bread with bread pop-ups at Sister
Pie. But that only scratches the surface of her repertoire with
Chinese and Vietnamese cooking as the backbone of her inspiration. As
of late, she has been collaborating with some incredible chefs in the
area, with pop ups at Mabel Grey, Frame, Gather, and Miss Kim to name
a few. Join MyThy, a celebrated women in Detroit food, in this
intimate workshop at Folk. Learn how to prepare, shape, cook, serve
and store dumplings and accompaniments in this hand's on experience
alongside MyThy.
