REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATION OF DEVELOPERS MONTHLY MEETING.   APPETIZERS AND BEVERAGES WILL BE PROVIDED WITH DONATIONS GREATLY APPRECIATED. _EVENTBRITE RSVP IS REQUIRED FOR ENTRY._ _VM3 CONSULTING HAS RELOCATED TO ONE CAMPUS MARTIUS (COMPUWARE BUILDING).  WE ARE LOCATED ON THE FIRST FLOOR, INSIDE AIREA STUDIO TO THE RIGHT OF TEXAS DE BRAZIL. _ _PARKING IS AVAILABLE INSIDE THE ONE CAMPUS MARTIUS GARAGE AND THE SURROUNDING STREETS.  VALIDATIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE._ OVERVIEW OF READ: Born out of the Capital Impact Partners, Equitable Development Initiative, we have taken steps to create an organization to carry forward the spirit of the CIP EDI and empower minority developers in Detroit to ensure the developer base more accurately reflects the city's diversity and delivers projects that truly serve its diverse population.  We are in formation now and began our monthly meetings in March 2018.  We have formed a committee to instill structure to fuel our growth and impact and we are soliciting sponsorships from the Detroit community to drive equitable development.  Please join us as we craft what will certainly be the game-changer for Detroit's landscape and its developers.
