Studies Institute hosts the last themed dinner of the 2019-2020
season. Under the watchful eyes of chef instructors, CSI students
research, plan, prepare and serve a five-course meal including wines
specially selected to complement the meal. The evening's mood is set
at a cocktail hour before the dinner with specialty hors d'oeuvres
passed for your sampling, and a cash bar offers beverages concocted to
reflect the evening's theme as well as a selection of wines and beer.

ARE THERE ID REQUIREMENTS OR AN AGE LIMIT TO ENTER THE EVENT?
Guests must be 21 to enter because alcohol is served at our events.
Please be prepared to show your ID.
I HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES - WHAT CAN I DO?
Because of the nature of this event, we are only able to accommodate
seafood allergies. Please indicate this allergy when you register,
contact the organizer as indicated on the Eventbrite site, or call our

You must let US know at least one week in advance for us to honor this

IS MY REGISTRATION/TICKET TRANSFERRABLE?
These tickets may not be used for any other event, but if you are
unable to attend you can give your tickets to someone else. Please
call the Culinary Studies Institute so that we can put their name on
the registration list.
DO I HAVE TO BRING MY PRINTED TICKET TO THE EVENT?
No. When you register, you will be asked for your name and of any
guests for whom you are purchasing tickets.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
Sorry, no refunds.
THE NAME ON THE REGISTRATION/TICKET DOESN'T MATCH THE ATTENDEE. IS
THAT OKAY?
Yes. You may transfer your ticket if you are unable to attend. Please
