The Breasties Yoga with Katherine Schaefer

Hey babes! I'm excited to announce this yoga class being taught by KATHERINE SCHAEFER. KATHERINE IS A LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST AND AN EXPERIENCED YOGA TEACHER WHO OFTEN TEACHES R.E.A.C.H. Yoga ( which, FYI, is a free class for individuals touched by cancer held at Karma Yoga in Bloomfield Hills). Katherine has planned a Saturday afternoon yoga class for us, followed by refreshments. The details: * Everyone attending will need to bring their own yoga mat. We will have a couple extras there just in case someone forgets, but really it's up to you to bring a mat * This event needs to have at least 20 attendees, so grab a friend or family member and get your zen on! * The Mercy Center is behind the Costick Activities Center. There is a separate entrance with a blue awning. You'll have my phone number in case anyone gets lost! I can't wait to spend a relaxing Saturday afternoon with our breasties!
