Open Gate Garden Club Garden Tour

Please join Open Gate GARDEN CLUB (of Fenton, MI) for our 26th GARDEN TOUR SUNDAY, July 20th, from 10AM to 5PM. The GARDEN TOUR WILL BE HELD RAIN OR SHINE.Seven beautiful gardens in and around Fenton and Holly will be featured. Reflecting the unique style of the gardener from unique European eclectic to a boulder garden, each garden is a work of art. HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE: * Fairy/angel metalwork * Ponds featuring koi and waterlilies * English-style garden * Waterfront garden featuring roses, honeysuckle and clematis * Perennials featuring coneflowers, daisies, canna, and hostas * Mini gardens showcasing a variety of themes Both gardeners and nature-lovers alike will enjoy spending the day strolling through these lovely creations, absorbing their beauty, and taking away an idea or two. In addition, admission will include: * Garden guides * Pants labeled at each garden * Homeowners on hand to answer gardening questions * A Master Gardeners of Genesee County table at one of the gardens * Local merchant discounts * Light refreshments and water station at one of the gardens * An OGGC drawing to win a beautiful garden bench Advance sale tickets for $15 (children 12 & under FREE) will be available at local nurseries in mid-May.
