WEEKLY SATURDAY MORNING MINDFULNESS
Take a break from your hectic schedule and come reflect and connect
in a supportive community environment. Each WEEKLY GATHERING WILL
INCLUDE:
* Guided mindfulness meditation, followed by silent practice time
* A suggested mindfulness practice to carry into the week ahead
* Facilitated community sharing and connection
This is an ongoing, drop-in group. Come every week—or just when you
can! All levels of meditation and mindfulness experience are welcome
(including none at all). Chairs will be provided. And tea & cookies
will be served!
When?
SATURDAYS
10am - 11:30am

Where?
A private residence in the Pleasant Ridge neighborhood of CINCINNATI
with free street parking. RSVP AND STREET ADDRESS WILL BE EMAILED TO
YOU.
Seating is limited. If you prefer to sit on the floor, BYOC (bring
your own cushion).

Access notes: the gathering will take place on the first floor of a
home. There are 2 steps from the yard to the front porch, and 1 step
