The Saber Legion - Michigan Charter Practice (May 19, Ferndale)

The SABER LEGION IS OFTEN REFERRED TO AS THE "MMA of SABER COMBAT". Utilizing SABERS THAT RESEMBLE A "civilized" weapon from a popular movie series, LEGIONNAIRES ACROSS THE WORLD BATTLE IT OUT IN A FULL-contact, martial-arts based sport. This is the PRACTICE FOR THE MICHIGAN CHARTER OF TSL. We our PRACTICES INCLUDE SOME FITNESS, some lessons in swordsmanship, drills, games, and - of course - sparring.  TSL does have a gear requirement, but we encourage people to come try it out with some loaner gear!
