Sour beers are a true masterpiece of science. Traditional brewing methods call for extreme caution in protecting against "wild" yeasts and microorganisms. In contrast sour beers harness these ingredients to create unique and flavorful beers. Join us for a night exploring a bit of the science behind these "wild yeasts" and microorganisms and tasting their specific flavor contributions.Tickets are $20 This includes a flight of beer and light snacks. Purchase your tickets by August 19th for a 20% discount. Seats are limited! Please purchase tickets in advance either online or by calling our Craft Beer Cellar.  TUESDAY TASTINGS Every Tuesday as Certified Cicerone® Allison leads “Tuesday Tastings” in exploring an exciting new topic. Classes are small allowing you to enjoy an amazing tasting and educational experience. What better way to spend a Tuesday night!?! About Allison Allison Hoekstra is Certified Cicerone®. She passed the Certified Cicerone exam this past winter, receiving a 100% on the tasting portion. Not only is Allison an official “beer nerd” but she also has a passion for beer education and exploring it with others.
