Self Care Sunday Live at Roselle Park will bring us together to learn how to reduce and manage stress along with finding out how simple activities help us to relax our mind with rock painting.
We will share some information about how stress impacts health and the benefits of self-care. We will teach some tools (breathing, acupressure, energy medicine exercise) that immediately stop the stress response to help attendees get control of stressful situations.
We will talk about how art or another hobby can help strengthen brain pathways and reduce the way the brain responds to stress.
