At Bikram Yoga Grosse Pointe

Doors open at 8 PM
Scheduled to begin by
8:45 PM
Completing by 6 AM Saturday, July 1
⭐️Please arrive by 8:30
Please NO Admittance after 8:45 PM
You WILL be able to leave when ever you like or go outside for fresh air.

*We have twin air mattresses for each guest.

What you need to bring:
Clean warm Blanket(s)
Pillows
Water

* We create safe and loving space to open and process on all levels of your being.

*Each of the veteran facilitators ,Gongoliers, are well trained in playing the Sacred Gongs

* We will bring 8 or more Sacred Gongs. Each Sacred Gong has numerous blessings to share.

* Healthy snacks will be provided through out the Night
