Registration is not required but is appreciated. * STEP#1. Register and secure a ticket from this website indicating type of testing and preferred testing time; OR, CALL 313.869.4878 (TUESDAYS, THURSDAYS OR FRIDAYS FROM 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM OR WEDNESDAYS FROM 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM to provide your name, preferred testing time and Email/telephone number. * STEP#2: Arrive to the site with VALID IDENTIFICATION and insurance cards if you have health insurance. If you do not have health insurance, do not worry; because, we will test you.. Anyone can be tested; testing is open to everyone. A doctor's perscription is not required. Note: Dexter Avenue Baptist Church and partners are offering testing now; because, we do not know how long the government will provide coronavirus testing for the uninsured.
