SENIOR CARE PARTNERS IS AN ASSET IN THE COMMUNITY THAT IS USING AN
INNOVATIVE APPROACH TO SERVE THE AGING POPULATION WHILE PROVIDING
STUDENTS PREPARING FOR HEALTH CARE CAREERS AN OPPORTUNITY TO GAIN
EXPERIENCE WITH SENIOR CARE PARTNERS' HOLISTIC HEALTH CARE SERVICES.
Data projections show that in the next 10 years the Southwest Michigan
region will have a talent shortage of 35,000 people. One way to get
ahead of the talent shortage is to develop your own talent by
integrating students into your organization through internships and
experiential learning opportunities. With almost 43,000 students
enrolled in higher education and spring term finishing up, Southwest
Michigan is a nucleus for extraordinary future professionals.
Join Southwest Michigan First and The Chamber at the Lunch and Learn
for a presentation and panel discussion from leaders and student
interns at Senior Care Partners, PACE and CSM Group on developing and
integrating talent into your organization.
If you’re an employer interested in tapping into this local talent
pool, pull up a chair, bring your notepad and join us for a
presentation from the experts themselves!
