Annual. THIRD SUNDAY in August, Launch at around 12:30 p.m., at Lighthouse Beach in PORT HURON, ending at Chrysler Beach in Marysville FLOAT DOWN THE ST. CLAIR RIVER IN A HUGE INTERNATIONAL EVENT.
