Looking for a fun weekend to enjoy RELAXING, sharing delicious healthy
food, yoga and group coaching? This is it!!.The Details:
The purpose of this retreat is for you to enjoy Rest time, to relax
and renew your heart and mind and share with other like minded woman.
As woman, we often care for so many others, but we neglect
ourselves...this weekend is for YOU!!!
Arrive Thursday around 7:00 pm Appetizers and wine or bubbly provided
along with decaf ice tea. We will begin to get to know each other that
evening with some fun mixer games.
Friday and Saturday - yoga in the morning, delicious and healthy
breakfast provided, group coaching followed by a delicious lunch. All
food can be prepared via cooking class style for those interested. All
recipes provided. This will be gluten and dairy free.
The evening we can all go out together - The School House is a
favorite, but it is not required, as after lunch everyone is free to
relax, renew and restore as best serves them.
Sunday, an amazing Executive Chef will prepare brunch (be hungry)...we
will have yoga and group coaching as well. Departure time approx 2:00
pm - could be 3:00 :)
As of this morning, I am in the process of acquiring a massage
therapist and/or reflexologist for those who want the extra treat.
This cost would be between you and the provider...but we will announce
that when all details are garnered.
The Bedrooms:
There are 4 bedrooms. One has 2 double beds, so 2 woman will share
this room. The other 3 bedrooms have one double bed.
IF you are willing to sleep in a blow up bed with another woman, and
you are partnered with someone, the price will decrease by $100.
Cost if in a bed by yourself: $597
Cost if sharing a bed: $497
