Description NFL FLAG is the premier youth flag FOOTBALL PROGRAM FOR
ALL. NFL FLAG provides an exciting way to enjoy America's favorite
sport and advance youth physical fitness in non-contact, continuous
action while learning lessons in teamwork and sportsmanship. Launched
in 1996, NFL FLAG inspires a fun playing experience and allowing for
players to play multiple positions. Players also learn skills and
FOOTBALL VALUES LIKE RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY THAT HELP THEM
SUCCEED ON AND OFF THE FIELD. This flag FOOTBALL PROGRAM IS DESIGNED
FOR ANYONE CURRENTLY IN FOURTH & FIFTH GRADES. The emphasis of this
program is on participation and enjoyment. EVERYONE GETS TO PLAY!
There are no "cuts" or "try-outs". Participants are assigned to teams
based on their GRADE AND PUBLIC SCHOOL ATTENDANCE AREA. (Private and
out-of-district school teams may be formed provided they meet the
GRADE REQUIREMENTS, minimum number of players and registration
deadline.) Rosters are typically limited to 12 players per team. The
season is scheduled to begin Sunday, April 13, 2025 and run for six
weeks. Teams play six games. Games are held on Sundays and will be
scheduled between the hours of 10:00am and 6:00pm depending on the
league. Each team is assigned one practice a week. Practices are held
at local parks and elementary schools between the hours of
4:30pm-8:00pm Monday - Friday. For additional information regarding

Registration is available until 5:00pm on March 10, 2025. There is a
late registration fee after March 20th of $20 due to shirt order.
On-line registration is available to registrants who have a current
on-line account and will be paying by credit card or existing credit
on account. On-line registration cannot accept payment by gift
certificates, scholarships or any other form of discounts. Statement
of Inclusion for Rec & Ed Youth Sports Rec & Ed is committed to
providing safe and inclusive recreational sports opportunities to all
youth, regardless of race/ethnicity, socioeconomic status, national
origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender
expression. Youth may register using a variety of gender terms,
including “non-binary,” and are welcome to select whichever sports
