Sunday Bender: Beer Flow Yoga featuring DJ Ras Marco D

The Workshop's SUNDAY BENDER IS BETTER THAN EVER: now FEATURING A LIVE DJ.June 24th's class will be led by Liz Kirkwood of Yen Yoga. Music provided by DJ Ras Marco D, spinning vinyl to provide a soundtrack to your vinyasa flow.  Registration includes a delicious craft beverage to be enjoyed before, during, or after your class.  Tickets are $15 in Advance $20 Walk-up* (Only $5 for Comrades, payable at the door. Email propaganda@traversecityworkshop.com to get the Comrade registration code.) * Limited spots available, so we recommend advance tickets! Please note: you will need to bring your own mat. The Workshop does not have extras.
