  What is the National Cherry Festival?The National Cherry Festival brings 8 days of food, fun and family-friendly activities, and to Michigan. Every year more than 500,000 attendees come to join in the fun.It is a wonderful event full of surprises. Families can lots of fun activities such as cherry pit spitting, pie eating contests, rides, attractions and of course the infamous  Grand Royale Parade. It is an amazing festival to add in cherry lover's bucket list !Need to knowDon't miss the U.S. Navy Blue Angels who will once again take to the skies over Traverse City.
