JOIN US FOR A FULL-DAY WORKSHOP ON 5S - WORKPLACE ORGANIZATION & CLEANLINESS ON THURSDAY, JUNE 29TH! 5S = 5 DISCIPLINES FOR HIGH WORKPLACE PRODUCTIVITY 5S - Workplace Organization & Cleanliness is an 8-hour activity based workshop intended to showcase the power and utility of this lean strategy to improve workplace productivity. 5S is often one of the first lean methods organizations implement on their lean journey. A successful implementation of 5S can result in a reduction of wasted time, improved employee efficiency, improved safety, and many other measurable results. Participants in this training can expect to be fully engaged while learning fundamentals, completing case studies, and applying 5S to actual work related processes. 5S originated as a process for manufacturing companies, but the principles can be applied to any organization.  TRAINING OUTCOMES: * Define 5S and explain why it is a foundation for excellence. * Describe how 5S is used to improve culture, continual process improvement, systems alignment, and results. * Develop, prepare, present, and implement a 5S program. * Conduct a 5S event at your place of work.
