If you are new to this incredibly beneficial yoga practice, be prepared to fall in love! Yin yoga is a deeply releasing practice, that works below the surface muscles, to melt away restriction in the connective tissues, including ligaments, tendons, & facia.
Poses are held between 2-4 minutes, with the option of bolsters and other props for support, making this a beginner friendly class!
