Join us for our annual MEMORIAL DAY MURPH ON MONDAY MAY 28TH WHILE WE
REMEMBER AND HONOR ALL THOSE THAT HAVE SACRIFICED THEIR LIVES FOR
US. This year, the workout is FREE, but we are taking donations for
Operation 23 to Zero, a local orgnaization that provides support to
Veterans and raises awareness of the current veteran and military
suicide crisis.
Potluck BBQ to follow the Murph - ALL ages and abilities welcome.
Doors will open at 9am - event will begin at 10am!
