Working with Personality Disorders

This class is offered live, either in person or online via an interactive stream from your computer.  Our interactive stream will allow you to remotely take part in the real-time presentation and discussion. If you opt to join US online through our interactive stream, we will send you an email invite link afer you register with further instructions. Reliable internet connection and a computer with a microphone is required. Class Description This class delivers a broad understanding of the 10 PERSONALITY DISORDERS. We start by looking at how psychologists define and assess PERSONALITY IN GENERAL, then compare that to personalities that are considered disordered. One area where people with PERSONALITY DISORDERS HAVE PROBLEMS IS IN THEIR RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHER PEOPLE, including workers who are trying to help them. We take a look at and practice communication techniques using case studies to more effectively work with people with these DISORDERS. FAQs Can I get CEUs for this class?
