GET-BACK-ON-TRACK NEW YEAR AND WILL HAVE YOU READY FOR SPRING BREAK.
THIS 45-MINUTE CLASS IS DESIGNED TO KEEP YOUR BODY GUESSING THROUGH
CONSTANTLY-CHANGING WORKOUTS USING YOUR BODY WEIGHT AND SOME SIMPLE
EQUIPMENT LIKE MED BALLS, DUMB BELLS, BANDS, BOXES, ETC. THE COACH
WILL LEAD YOU THROUGH WORKOUTS INCLUDING MOVEMENTS THAT ARE PATTERNED
AFTER OUR EVERY-DAY LIVES (SQUATTING, LIFTING, PUSHING, PULLING) TO
MAKE YOU FITTER FOR EVERY-DAY LIFE!
NEW TO THE MOVEMENTS? JUST GETTING BACK INTO FITNESS? DON'T WORRY,
THERE WILL BE GUIDANCE AND INSTRUCTION THROUGH THE ENTIRE CLASS
INCLUDING THE STRENGTH AND MOBILITY MOVEMENTS. EVERY CLASS WILL BE
DIFFERENT, BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY IT WILL LEAVE YOU FEELING GREAT.
THREE TIMES PER WEEK AT ANY OF THE FOLLOWING DAYS/TIMES:
M/W/F 6:30PM, T/TH 5:30AM, AND SATURDAYS AT 8:30AM.
$180 FOR THE 6 WEEKS (18 SESSIONS IS $10/CLASS)
