IT'S TIME TO GET READY FOR SUMMER! THESE 6 WEEKS WILL JUMP START YOUR
FITNESS WITH 45-MINUTE CLASSES DESIGNED TO KEEP YOUR BODY GUESSING
THROUGH CONSTANTLY-CHANGING WORKOUTS USING YOUR BODY WEIGHT AND SOME
SIMPLE EQUIPMENT LIKE MED BALLS, DUMB BELLS, BANDS, BOXES, ETC. THE
COACHES WILL LEAD YOU THROUGH WORKOUTS INCLUDING MOVEMENTS THAT ARE
PATTERNED AFTER OUR EVERY-DAY LIVES (SQUATTING, LIFTING, PUSHING,
PULLING) TO MAKE YOU FITTER FOR EVERY-DAY LIFE!
NEW TO THE MOVEMENTS? JUST GETTING BACK INTO FITNESS? LOOKING FOR A
CHANGE OF PACE? THERE WILL BE GUIDANCE AND INSTRUCTION THROUGH THE
ENTIRE CLASS INCLUDING THE STRENGTH AND MOBILITY MOVEMENTS. EVERY
CLASS WILL BE DIFFERENT WITH A LOT OF VARIETY, BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY IT
WILL LEAVE YOU FEELING GREAT.
DURING THE 6-WEEK CHALLENGE YOU CAN ATTEND THREE TIMES PER WEEK AT ANY
OF THE FOLLOWING DAYS/TIMES:
MON/WED/FRI 6:30PM, TUES/THURS 5:30AM, AND SATURDAYS AT 8:45AM.
