four LUNCH & LEARNS ON THE TOPIC OF COMMUNICATION IN THE WORKPLACE IN
FEBRUARY, March, April, and May 2020. You can choose to attend one,
two, three, or all of these different workshops. LUNCH IS PROVIDED AS
PART OF THIS SERIES. Registration is limited to 15 individuals.
May’s topic is HOLDING DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS: When KEEPING QUIET
JUST ISN’t an OPTION: We all have experienced that feeling of fear
and dread when we know we need to talk to someone about an
uncomfortable topic. LEARN SOME EFFECTIVE STRATEGIES TO HELP YOU HOLD
DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS — becoming more aware of your expectations,
what role you play in the dynamic, and how to move through it so you
can feel better and be more effective. Presented by Margaret Jones of
Margaret Jones Consulting Margaret brings over 25 years of experience
helping companies, government, nonprofit organizations, and
individuals tackle their unique organizational and personal
communication challenges. Margaret’s work ranges from personal
development and coaching, to conflict resolution, group facilitation,
employee relations, and strategic planning. The breadth and depth of
her experience inform all the work she does. She brings a high level
of authenticity and energy to her work which encourages others to do
