Description A full-body workout which targets the areas we love to
work the most - arms, abdominals, thighs and glutes. The class is
comprised of interval strength training, isometric holds and deep,
luxuriating stretches all working to strengthen and lengthen your
muscles and develop those shapely lines. Please bring your own 1-3
pound weights. Exercise bands and pilates rings will be available for
