This class is a 45 minute parent/child class. It is an introduction to
the sport of gymnastics in a fun, fun way! The children go through
obstacle courses (hanging and swinging on bars, running, and rolling
down mats). They jump on the tumble track, and more! All to discover
the world around them. We also introduce parents to helping and
spotting their children in a safe way.
