If you are looking for a fun triathlon to get involved with, YWCA
Women's Triathlon [https://www.ywcampls.org/event/womens-triathlon/]
is a great event that takes place on Lake Nokomis on August 11, 2019.
The event offers two race distances (Sprint and SuperSprint) and the
option to participate as a relay, family team or buddy group. Friends,
family and future triathletes are encouraged to volunteer and help
make the event a unique experience for athletes.
The Loppet Foundation also offers an off-the-beaten-path triathlon,
the Tri Loppet [https://www.loppet.org/events/triloppet/], that
combines a paddle, trail run and mountain bike.
This event is organized by YWCA Minneapolis [https://ywcampls.org] and
the Loppet Foundation [https://www.loppet.org/].
