Join fellow CEF members from around Minnesota to celebrate CEF
accomplishments, elect board members, build community, enjoy lunch,
and tour the Midtown Community Solar Garden. This event is meant to
serve, inform and connect with all of our members and elect board
members. CEF members and non-members who want to learn more are
welcome to attend!
Want to run for our board and have the amazing opportunity to help
shape community driven renewable energy? Nominate yourself or someone
else here by May 20th, 2025.

* Free parking available in the Purple Ramp at Abbott Northwestern
Hospital. Here is a map showing where the Purple Ramp is and there is
also an entrance on 28th St, between Chicago and 10th Ave.

_*GETTING THERE_*
The MacMillan Community and Education Center sits between the Allina
Health Commons at Midtown Exchange and Abbott Northwestern Hospital
and is convenient to reach by biking, walking, car, and transit.
_*FREE PARKING IS AVAILABLE AT THE ABBOTT NORTHWESTERN PURPLE RAMP AT
CHICAGO AVE AND E 28TH ST._*

_*FROM THE ABBOTT NORTHWESTERN PURPLE RAMP_* at Chicago Ave and E 28th
St, take the elevators or stairs at the east end of the ramp to the
3rd (skyway) level and exit to the skyway. Turn right to reach the
MacMillan Community and Education Center. Bring your parking ticket
with you for validation.
_*FROM THE MIDTOWN GREENWAY_* , take the Lake Street exit between 10th
& 11th Ave S. Turn left on 10th Ave and continue south to reach the
East entrance of the Midtown Exchange.
Or, take the stairs from the Greenway to reach Chicago Ave, turn left
and take Chicago Ave south, and turn left at the Transit Center to
reach the West entrance of the Midtown Exchange on Elliot Ave.
Public bike racks are available at both entrances.
_*BY TRANSIT_* , Routes 21, 5, and the D Line stop at the Transit
Center off Chicago Ave just north of Lake Street. Proceed east to
reach the West entrance of the Midtown Exchange on Elliot Ave.
_*FROM THE MID TOWN EXCHANGE PARKING RAMP_* on Lake Street between
10th & 11th Ave S, cross 10th Ave to reach the East entrance of the
Midtown Exchange.
_*NAVIGATING THE BUILDING_*
Once inside, from the street level Midtown Exchange East or West
entrance, or Midtown Global Market, continue into the north end of the
building, away from Lake Street, and follow the hallway back to the
skyway over the Midtown Greenway.
After crossing the skyway, you will arrive at the elevator and stairs
to the MacMillan Community and Education Center, one level up. The
hallway leads here and nowhere else so just keep going, you’ll find
us!

storytelling activity inviting members to reflect on their lived
experiences and the deeper “why” behind being a member of CEF.
This activity will launch a longer-term project aimed at amplifying
member voices and their powerful connections to nature, identity,
community, and our changing environment.

INFO: Board candidate bios will be displayed around the room and
