_What to expect:_
Please come to this space with an open heart and mind. We ask that
everyone participates fully to get the most out of this experience.
Every circle is unique but we always include Sharing, Movement, Ritual
and Guided Meditation based around a new monthly theme.
6:45 is a time of quiet contemplation and meditation around the
Circle as we wait for everyone to arrive
7:00 Circle begins promptly
_What to wear:_
Wear something that makes you feel good, something comfortable that
you can move around in. We will be sitting on the floor (there will be
cushions) and we incorporate some movement pieces as well.
_What to bring:_
You can bring something to drink. We have complimentary coffee, tea
and water available.
(It's good to eat something before you come. We don't snack at
Circle.)
Bring a journal and your favorite writing pen! Women like to take
notes when things come up in their processing.
There's always room at our circle.
You can sit with us!
