Class Description In the helping professions, workers need to be aware of their own CULTURAL INFLUENCES IN ORDER TO BECOME SKILLFUL IN BRIDGING CULTURAL DIFFERENCES IN RELATIONSHIPS. As a first step toward navigating CULTURAL DIFFERENCES, participants explore a GROWTH MINDSET IN CONVERSATIONS ABOUT CULTURE, privilege, oppression, bias, and personal identity.
