This class is offered live, either IN PERSON or ONLINE via an
interactive stream from your computer. Our interactive stream will
allow you to remotely take part in the real-time presentation and

CLASS DESCRIPTION
This class explores skills from the four pillars of Dialectical
Behavior Therapy (DBT) as developed by Marsha Linehan with an
explanation and rationale for use. Participants learn the nature of
DBT skills through experiential practice and case studies and are then
better able to support people who are doing this kind of therapy.
