Out of respect for our class and all attendees, please be no more than 5 minutes late. Class starts with a short check-in or question of the day, followed by breathwork, a gentle sequence of physical postures and a relaxing savasana meditation. ✨ LEAVE CLASS FEELING CALM & PRESENT ✨ All are welcome, no previous yoga or meditation experience required (beginners highly encouraged to check out this class).
